Roomvo is the best known room visualizer in flooring, and for good reason. But it is not the only one, and it is not the right fit for every shop. Some retailers want a price they can read before a demo. Some sell on Shopify and want an app they install themselves. Some want the visualizer to do more than show the product.
This guide compares seven alternatives a flooring, tile or rug retailer can actually put on its own website in 2026. We make one of them, Ardealy, and we say so where it appears. Every other tool was checked against its own website in October 2026. Where a vendor makes a claim we could not check, we say it is their claim. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we do not guess one.
What Roomvo does well
Before looking elsewhere, it is worth being clear about what Roomvo gets right, because any alternative has to match it.
- Breadth. Roomvo shows flooring, tile, rugs, paint, wallpaper, countertops, exteriors and furniture, and can change several surfaces in one room.
- No app for shoppers. A shopper uploads a photo of their room, or picks a sample room, on a phone or a computer.
- Reach. Roomvo says it is used by more than 7,000 retailers and 200 brands, and The Home Depot has said more than 1.5 million of its customers used its Roomvo-powered flooring visualizer in a single year.
- A free way in. Roomvo offers a free visualizer for independent flooring dealers, often through a manufacturer's partner program, and a free CRM for dealers called Roomvo PRO.
- A wider platform. Roomvo also sells dealer websites, managed Google search ads (SiteAds), product imagery, in-store kiosks and, since buying QFloors in January 2025, flooring ERP software.
Why retailers look at alternatives
None of these are faults so much as fit. The reasons we hear most often from shops:
- Price is quote only. Roomvo does not publish prices for its paid products. You find out on a call.
- The free tier depends on your brands. If your manufacturers are not in Roomvo's partner program, the free route may not cover your catalog.
- Shopify. We found no official Roomvo app in the Shopify App Store. Shopify shops often prefer something they can install and test the same day.
- What happens after the visualizer. A shopper who tried three floors in their living room is a warm lead. Some shops want that lead, and what they tried, to flow straight into follow-up and marketing without extra tools.
- Category. A rug store, a wallpaper brand or a tile importer may want a tool built around their product first.
How we compared them
We looked at the things a retailer has to live with every day:
- What it shows. Floors only, or tile, walls, rugs and furniture too.
- How shoppers use it. Their own photo, a sample room, or live AR.
- Where it plugs in. A script on any site, a Shopify app, other shop platforms.
- What happens to the shopper. Is there a lead, and does anyone follow it up?
- Price. Published or not, and what it is based on: products, sessions, renders or uploads.

1. Ardealy
We make Ardealy, so read this section with that in mind.
Ardealy puts your floors, tiles, wall coverings, rugs and furniture into a photo of the shopper's own room, from a button on your product pages. It works on any site with one script, and connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, Wix and others.
Inside the visualizer, a design assistant answers shoppers in their own words from your catalogue ("a light oak floor that feels warm") and lays the floor it suggests in their room. Snap & Find turns a photo of a floor or wall they saw somewhere else into your closest products, ready to try.

Where it differs most from Roomvo is what happens next. Every quote request and saved design reaches your workspace with the shopper's email and the products they tried in their room, and an AI sales agent drafts the follow-up for you to approve. A shopping assistant on the same product page answers questions from your catalog. The same plan includes AI agents that make room scenes and videos of your products, plan your social posts and run your Meta and Google ads.
Good to know
- We import your catalog for you, and you can run Ardealy next to Roomvo while you check it.
- Shopper sessions in the visualizer are never metered.
- There is one product. You cannot buy the visualizer on its own.
- The price is not published. It is set on your catalog size, your number of sites and how much work you want the agents to do, and you get it within one business day. You can start free with your website first.
- Roomvo has far more retailers on it today. Ardealy is newer.
If you are already on Roomvo, our Roomvo comparison goes through the differences line by line.
2. Tilesview
Tilesview, made by A3 Bees Innovations, started with tile and stone and now covers floors, paint, wallpaper, wall panels, rugs and grout. Shoppers upload a room photo or pick a sample room, in 2D or as a 360 degree panorama, and can change the tile layout and grout. It also makes share links, QR codes and PDF catalogs for your showroom.
Good to know
- It publishes its prices. Plans run from $130 a month (Basic) to $350 a month (Premium) on monthly billing, or $87 to $234 a month paid yearly.
- Plans are capped. The Basic plan covers 350 products, 500 sessions a day, 125 room uploads a month and 125 leads. Product inquiries, private label and sub-users are in the Premium plan only.
- There is a 14-day free trial with no card.
- Tilesview says it integrates with Shopify, WordPress, Magento, Joomla and PrestaShop. It also says it is "10x faster" than Roomvo, which we could not test.
3. Wizart
Wizart is strongest on walls: wallpaper, wall panels and paint, as well as tile, flooring, ceilings, carpet and rugs. Shoppers use their own photo or one of more than 250 ready interiors, and can compare products side by side and add to cart from the visualizer. Wizart also sells product imagery and video (MaterialCloud) and APIs for teams that want to build their own.
Good to know
- It publishes its prices. Plans start at $299 a month, or $255 a month paid yearly, for 1,500 products and 5,000 renders a month, and go up to $1,199 a month for 30,000 products. White label costs extra.
- Most plans show one surface type at a time. Two surface types start with the Advanced plan.
- It has a Shopify app and a WordPress plugin, with a 14-day trial.
4. Floori
Floori covers floors, tiles, walls, rugs, epoxy and microcement, and has a kitchen tool for cabinets, counters and backsplashes. Next to the website visualizer it offers AR previews, in-store kiosks, shoppable scenes and an iPad app for sales reps that measures rooms with LiDAR, shows products and builds quotes, even offline.
Good to know
- Its customers are mostly manufacturers and distributors, such as Swiss Krono and Barlinek, though it also serves retailers.
- Its catalog portal connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
- No price is published. Pricing goes through its sales team.
5. Cyncly (Broadlume)
Broadlume, which builds websites for flooring dealers, is now part of Cyncly. Its flooring visualizer sits inside those dealer websites: shoppers pick a scene or upload a photo, rotate the floor, try it on stairs, change the lighting and compare before and after. Cyncly also feeds manufacturers' catalogs into more than 4,000 dealer websites.
Good to know
- It is the closest match to Roomvo's "website plus visualizer" offer for an independent flooring dealer.
- It is flooring first. If you also sell tile, rugs or wall coverings, check what your plan covers.
- No price is published. Pricing goes through a demo.
6. Imersian
Imersian, from Sydney, places rugs, furniture, flooring, wallpaper and wall art in a photo of the shopper's room at true scale, with 3D and AR views as well. It installs as a Shopify app and has a free self-serve trial.
Good to know
- It publishes its prices, but the page lets you switch between Australian dollars, US dollars and euros, so check which one your quote is in.
- It suits rug and furniture shops on Shopify best. It is less focused on tile.
7. Chameleon Power
Chameleon Power was one of the first photo-upload visualizers for home products and is now part of Hyphen Solutions, based in Dallas. It covers flooring, carpet, tile, countertops, kitchen and bath, paint and coatings, roofing, siding, brick and stone, windows and doors, with web, mobile, AR and 3D versions.
Good to know
- Its site now speaks mostly to home builders, suppliers and contractors rather than flooring retailers.
- No price is published. Pricing goes through a demo.
Which one fits your shop

- You sell tile and stone and want a fixed, published price: Tilesview.
- You sell wallpaper, panels or paint, with a large catalog: Wizart.
- You are a manufacturer or distributor with reps in the field: Floori.
- You are an independent flooring dealer who also needs a new website: Cyncly (Broadlume), or Roomvo itself.

- You sell to home builders across many surfaces: Chameleon Power.
Questions to ask any visualizer vendor
Whichever you choose, these questions save surprises later:
- What is the price based on? Products, sessions, renders, room uploads or leads. A cap on sessions or uploads means a good month can cost you more, or switch the visualizer off.
- Who loads my catalog, and who keeps it up to date? A visualizer with half your range in it sells half your range.
- What happens to a shopper who uses it? Do you get their email and the products they tried, and does anyone follow up?
- Does it work on my product pages, on a phone, without an app? Try it yourself on a real room photo, not just a demo room.
- Can I run it next to my current tool while I test? You should not have to switch blind.
- How long is the contract? Ask for the cancellation terms in writing.
Questions about Roomvo alternatives
Is there a free Roomvo alternative? Tilesview, Wizart and Imersian offer free trials, and Ardealy lets you start free with your website. Roomvo itself has a free visualizer for independent flooring dealers, often through a manufacturer's partner program. A fully free visualizer for a whole retail catalog, with no limits, is rare.
Which Roomvo alternative works with Shopify? Wizart and Imersian have apps in the Shopify App Store. Ardealy connects to Shopify and other shop platforms, and Floori connects through its catalog portal. Tilesview says it integrates with Shopify.
Can I switch from Roomvo without losing my product pages? Yes. A visualizer is a script and a button on your product pages. Most vendors, including Ardealy, let you run the new one next to Roomvo while you check it, then remove the old script.
Can shoppers find a product from a photo? Ardealy does, with Snap & Find: the shopper frames the floor or wall in their photo and sees the closest products in your range. If photo search matters to you, ask each vendor to show it working on your own catalogue.
Which alternative is best for tile? Tilesview was built for tile and stone and has layout and grout controls. Ardealy and Wizart also show tile on floors and walls.
Do these tools work for rugs and furniture? Ardealy, Imersian and Tilesview place rugs. Ardealy and Imersian also place furniture at scale in the shopper's room.
