Depending on where you are, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, take it elsewhere, restrict or object to how it is used, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@ardealy.com. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Your pages keep working.
The modules on your pages run apart from the agents. If credits run out, the agents pause and ask; the visualizer, scheduled posts, automations and dashboards keep working. Enterprise plans can agree capacity and an SLA.

Can the agents publish or spend without me?
No. Reads happen on their own. Anything that changes your shop, spends money or credits, or leaves your shop is a proposal that waits for a person. The one exception is the Categorizer, which only files products into categories you already have, and can be undone.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Your data is not used to train public AI models. Your images are not used to train our own models without your explicit consent.
Do you sell data?
No. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with the services that run Ardealy, the platforms you connect, as aggregated and anonymized analytics, and where the law requires it.
How do I delete my data?
From Settings, Account, Delete my account, or by writing to hello@ardealy.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
What rights do I have under GDPR?
Depending on where you are: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. Write to privacy@ardealy.com. Transfers outside your country use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Do you have security certifications?
We do not list certifications we do not hold. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled, and the platform is monitored. If your team needs a security questionnaire answered or a data processing agreement, write to us.
