About email marketing

What does it send from?

Your own mail server, from your own name and address. You enter its SMTP details once and send yourself a test. Nothing is sent until the connection works, and the workspace says so plainly.

Who does it write to?

Your leads: shoppers who asked for a quote or left their email in the visualizer, the shopping assistant or a form on your site, and agreed to hear from you. Newsletters go to the subscribers you import or collect.

Are shoppers’ room photos used in emails?

No. A follow-up after a room session names the products the shopper tried and links back to the visualizer. The photo of their room stays in their own session. It is not stored on the lead and never appears in an email.

Do we have to write the emails?

No. Each one is drafted from your brand kit and the products involved. You can rewrite any part, send yourself a test, and switch the automation on when you are happy with it.

What stops a sequence?

A reply, an order, a booked visit or an unsubscribe. Replies come straight to your own inbox, so the conversation carries on with a person.

Does sending use credits?

No. Automations and sends do not use AI credits. Writing a new draft with the agent does, and so does making new pictures for a newsletter in the content studio.
