Can shoppers see a floor in their own room?
Yes. They upload a photo or take one on their phone, and the visualizer lays your floor across it at your plank size and pattern. They can switch between your floors without leaving the room.
Does it work for laminate, vinyl and carpet as well as wood?
Yes. Anything laid on a floor works: solid and engineered wood, laminate, vinyl and LVT, floor tiles and wall to wall carpet. Each is shown in its own format and pattern.
Can the assistant work out how many boxes a shopper needs?
Yes, when the box content is recorded on the product. It adds the wastage you set and rounds up to whole boxes.
We are a flooring manufacturer. Is it for us?
Yes. Brands use it on their own site to show the full range, make room scenes for dealers and see which floors shoppers try where. The visualizer can also be offered to your dealers.
Do sample requests come through Ardealy?
A sample or quote request from the visualizer or the assistant reaches you as a lead with the floors the shopper asked about. Follow-up emails are drafted for you to approve.
What does it cost for a flooring store?
The same as for any shop: everything is included in every plan, and plans differ by the AI credits included each month. The pricing page lists the current plans.
