Findings

Read before you are in. Turned into work, not a report.

Each morning the agents read everything above and keep only what changed and matters. A finding comes with its evidence and becomes a proposal you can approve: a page, a price check, a reply or an ad.

Questions

About business analysis

Something else? Ask us directly.

Is it a one-off audit?

No. It keeps running. The first analysis is ready before we meet; after that it reads your search position, competitors, site, Google profile and sales every day, and compares each reading with the period before.

How does it find our competitors?

It looks at the searches your shoppers make for your products and notes the sites that are found for the same searches. You can add or remove competitors at any time.

What is a missing keyword?

A search your competitors are found for and you are not. Each one is ranked by opportunity: how often it is searched, how hard it is to rank for, and how close it is to what you sell. The best ones come with the page you would need, drafted for approval.

What is a finding?

A change that matters, with the evidence and one action. For example: a competitor cut the price of a product you both sell and now ranks above you for it. The action might be a price check, a new page or an ad, prepared for you to approve.

Which shops can it read sales from?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce and OpenCart. If your shop is not listed, sales can be imported from a file.

Does it change anything on our site by itself?

No. It reads, compares and drafts. A new page, a review reply, a price change or an ad is a proposal that waits for a person to approve it.
